Graduation Registration

Register for the September 11, 2026 commencement ceremony and claim your guest tickets. Deadline: June 5th.

Ticket Policy

  • Graduates are guaranteed up to 5 guest tickets with registration
  • Cap and gown must be confirmed to claim tickets
  • Additional tickets available via waitlist (closes July 30)
  • Every person (adults, children, toddlers) requires a ticket to enter
  • Seating is general admission — no seat saving
  • Ticket pickup at the Alumni Event

Guest Arrival

4:00 PM Venue doors open to guests (ticket required)
5:00 PM Ceremony begins — all guests must be seated

Late guests may be asked to wait outside. Seats cannot be guaranteed. All guests must pass through metal detectors.

Day-of Schedule

3:00 PM Graduate arrival (graduates only, enter by degree)
4:00 PM Venue doors open for guests (ticket + security check)
5:00 PM Commencement exercises begin

Venue Details

  • Great Hall — 23,000+ sq ft, seating 3,200+
  • ADA accessible with wheelchair-accessible seating
  • Professional photographer on-site during ceremony
  • Concessions available inside the venue
  • No storage for personal items — leave with family members

Security Requirements

  • All guests must pass through metal detectors and bag checking
  • Bags and purses may NOT be larger than a clipboard
  • Prohibited: balloons, noise makers, vapes, firearms, knives, laser pointers, signs, oversized bags, alcohol, drugs

  • Second Annual Grad Night: Thursday, September 10, 2026
  • Networking, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, giveaways, and raffles
  • Graduates only with up to 2 guests
  • RSVP required (included in graduation registration form)
